Ordering Info. and Store Policies

Shipping and Payment Info.:
All purchases will be shipped within two business days of payment, most fulfilled the same day of your order. All orders are double-checked by several members of our staff before shipping to ensure accuracy. We ship 5 days a week, and if possible on Saturdays. US orders 200.00 and over are always shipped free. All shipping charges are based on weight and will be calculated as accurately as possible. We use the flat rate envelopes and boxes provided by the USPS and will use those if you choose Priority Mail delivery (we will discount your shipping cost accordingly before your card is charged.) We also ship via UPS, and can accommodate you if you prefer Express, Next Day, or 2 Day Shipping (additional charges will apply.) International customers are always welcome. If you are from outside the US, please consider Express Priority if you would like your package insured. Also, please be advised that the law requires that customs forms state the exact sale value. If there is a shortage of fabric that you ordered, we will contact you first, credit your card accordingly, and ship what is in stock.

Promotions: Promotion codes are in effect on paid orders only. If you're order is pending payment, and the promotion code expires, the promotion code will be null and void.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax of 7 % is charged to RI residents only.

We reserve the right to refuse any order in which the billing information and credit card information does not match.

Return Policy:
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition (i.e., odor-free, no use of any kind.) We cannot refund shipping and handling charges, and a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Due to certain copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned, no exceptions.

Privacy Policy:
We take customer confidentiality and security very seriously, and use submitted information to process your order only. We do not share or sell any information with any other entity under any circumstances whatsoever. Our shopping cart uses the latest SSL technology to encrypt and securely transmit payment information.
