Shipping and Payment Info.:
All orders are double-checked by several staff members before shipping to ensure accuracy. We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All shipping charges are based on weight and will be calculated as accurately as possible by the United States Postal Service or UPS. We can accommodate you if you prefer Express, Next Day, or 2 Day Shipping (additional charges will apply.) For customers outside the US, please consider Express Priority if you would like your package insured and tracked.
International customers: Please be advised that the law requires that customs forms state the exact sale value, minus shipping.
** Free shipping on orders of 100.00 or more for US customers are for standard shipping only. Special rush requests do not apply to this offer **

We reserve the right to refuse any order in which the billing information and credit card information does not match.
Return Policy:
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition (i.e., odor-free, no use of any kind.) We cannot refund shipping and handling charges, and a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Due to certain copyright laws, patterns, books and magazines can not be returned, no exceptions.
Any cancellation of orders, provided that they have not been shipped, must be in writing via email.

We take customer confidentiality and security very seriously, and use submitted information to process your order only. We do not share or sell any information with any other entity under any circumstances whatsoever. Our shopping cart uses the latest SSL technology to encrypt and securely transmit payment information.
