Shipping and Payment Info.:
All orders are double-checked by several staff members before shipping to ensure accuracy. We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All shipping charges are based on weight and will be calculated as accurately as possible by the United States Postal Service or UPS. We can accommodate you if you prefer Express, Next Day, or 2 Day Shipping (additional charges will apply.) For customers outside the US, please consider Express Priority if you would like your package insured and tracked. We are not responsible for loss or damage.
International customers: Please be advised that the law requires that customs forms state the exact sale value, minus shipping.
USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 days for delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse any order in which the billing information and credit card information does not match.
Please Note: We DO NOT process orders over the phone or via email, nor do we take payment information for an order over the phone or through email - no exceptions. We ONLY accept orders on our secure, encrypted website.
